Our Staff

All cleaning and maintenance staff is trained professionals.
Service is provided seven days a week at hours that correspond with our customer’s needs.

Victoria – (Operation Manager) has been around the cleaning business 5 years in Europe and 15 years in USA.
As operation Manager, she provides effective communication between staff and customers. She likes her opportunity
to help make people’s lives little bit easier.

Volant – (Master-Supervisor) is a Licensed and Bonded Home and Building Inspector. He has more than 40
years’ experience in construction, maintenance, and services. You can get inspection for your house any
time during our service. Volant provides technical, Material Safety Data Sheets control and supervision. He
keeps the equipment, tools and warehouse stocked with all essential cleaning supply.

Julia – (Crew Chief Member) she has 15 years experience in house clean business. She enjoys working as
a house cleaner because it allows her to help make our customers’ live in a healthy environment and be in a
good temper.

Nina – (Crew Member) She has 10 years in commercial and house cleaning services. Nina's attention to detail
and easy-going nature make her an essential part of the CSM cleaning team.

Tina –(Crew Member) Can’t stop moving, she always active. Because her active nature, she appreciates that
CSM provides her an opportunity to do work that keeps her physically active, all while making her clients’
lives better.

Mary –(Crew Member) 5 years’ experience, mother of two, continuing her college education. Mary loves to
do her job in time, before the customers’ come home.

Jill – (Crew Member) 6 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. She always cleaning and organizing her
working process picky and detailed. No any unusual things was been left unobserved.
